    Voting for a third party is just giving the vote to the Republicans. In my opinion, we MUST vote for the lesser of the evils.

    This latest development has created somewhat of a dilemma for me, but I remain determined not to vote in November, realizing as I do that it may be my last opportunity to do so.
    Putting Ryan on the Republican ticket will force many progressives to vote for Obama, but they are all bad choices.
    As somebody once said (maybe Will Rogers)….Why vote? It only encourages them!
    But still…..am I prepared to tolerate Romney AND Ryan?

    Voting for the lesser of two evils is exactly how we got to our current situation. The lesser of two evils is still evil. The appearance of being less evil is most likely an illusion, both parties work for the same masters and both parties are enablers of the same regressive domestic policies and aggressive foreign policies. Both parties agree on all of the important issues and pretend to disagree on the superficial issues designed to divide and confuse the American people. We will not be allowed any substantially different choices until the current corrupt system has run it’s inevitable course ending in a total collapse or a revolution. Sigh.
