The Carter Center monitors elections globally. It refuses to do so in America because free, fair and open standards don’t exist.
Jimmy Carter calls Venezuela’s electoral process “the best in the world.” He said America’s is “one of the worst.” He cited money power controlling them. Others call US elections shams.
