Corporate owned, programmed and manipulated electronic voting machines control things.  The Carter Center monitors elections globally. It refuses to do so in America because free, fair and open standards don’t exist.

Jimmy Carter calls Venezuela’s electoral process “the best in the world.” He said America’s is “one of the worst.” He cited money power controlling them. Others call US elections shams. Tuesday’s national election in the US is shaping up to be a bruising affair, with both parties hiring armies of lawyers to fight over likely contentious battles over voter access to polling stations, dealing with long lines that could prevent people from voting after polls officially close, the counting of votes cast, and now, the right of international inspectors from the respected Organization of Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) to monitor the process. How Obama Made an Easy Race Too Close


Obama in 2008, acting very proper during the campaign. Many people had begun to believe in his promise.

Nader forgets, however, that if the Republicans can today make a credible bid for the presidency it is in the first place because Obama and his team literally resuscitated them in 2008, instead of dealing this vulture party a lethal blow when it lay sprawling on the canvas—as the majority of the nation demanded. —Eds
