Novorossiya female fighter. The people in arms. What a surprise for the imperialists accustomed to bulldozing defenceless peoples. But she and her fellow fighters are tarred in the West with the insidious brush of “terrorism.”

[box] Introduction: During the civil war in Donbass in Eastern Ukraine in 2014, whilst on a chat site getting to know the people on the ground who were telling it as it is, not how it was spun in the western media, I met Jeff Brown. He was doing much the same thing, trying to find the truth of the situation. I have long sought some eyes and ears from a Russian point of view, which I found at The Saker, and as luck would have it, there I met Jeff J. Brown from 44 Days Radio Sinoland, eyes and ears in Beijing China no less!! 20/20 vision always gives you a clearer perspective on the world, Winking is one thing, keeping one eye, one ear and half your brain shut is quite another.

There are always two sides to a story. In the western media there is a virtual blackout on the Chinese perspective of themselves, how they view the world and their place in it. This blackout has existed since the days of the Cold War and the ever present threat that westerners were brought up with about communism. It has escaped most people that communism no longer exists in either Russia or China and both countries now seem to have taken a fine line with a balance between a more socialist type structure and incorporating capitalism into their economies.

Two things I am most concerned about is the concept of “colour revolutions”, many of which, although instigated by western Oligarchs, are neither understood by most people in the west or even spoken about and exposed in western media. My other concern is the state of the world’s economy, the recent Chinese stock market crash being a canary in the coal mine, as similarly occurred in 2007 in China and by 2008 had hit Wall Street. Jeff very kindly answered my questions on both these issues and gave me an insider’s view from Beijing. Jeff has also put the transcript on Sound Cloud should you want to listen to the pod cast which is at the bottom of the typed interview.[/box]

Katherine Fisk: Could you briefly describe what a “colour revolution” is as best you understand it?

Jeff Brown: Katherine, that’s a great question. Color revolutions are just the latest mutation in the West’s ongoing, worldwide psyops-black ops-false flag wars, on what it considers to be countries, leaders and governments that are not supine satraps to its economic, political and military empire. Not coincidently, the targets are frequently countries with valuable natural and human resources, for extraction and exploitation. For humanity’s 85% non-white, non-Western population – whom I call the Moral Majority or from Empire’s perspective, the Dreaded Other – these criteria include almost all of them.

Color revolutions used to be done directly by the West’s spy agencies, principally America’s CIA and its 15 other “intelligence” groups, the UK’s MI6 and France’s DGSE. However, with revelations that Europe is still running a secret Gladio army network and Edward Snowden’s exposure of Angloland’s Five Eyes, which pull in Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and now Nine Eyes, with Denmark, Norway, France and Holland added, we can safely say that all of Western spydom is tightly managed and coordinated across the planet.

There are too many pre-color revolution psyops-black ops-false flags to discuss, but early ones include the overthrow of the Iranian, Guatemalan and Congolese governments, in order to install whore leaders willing to open their countries to Western pillage and plunder. If they are not compliant and will not get out of the way, the West just kills them. It is documented that the DGSE has assassinated at least 23 African leaders and that is just the tip of the iceberg for the West as a whole. We can fast forward to Chile in 1973, thousands of murders, rigged elections, phony revolutions, fascist juntas, oligarchic states, through to the 2009 palace coup in Honduras, the 2012 “express coup” in Paraguay and the Syrian and Ukrainian genocides today. These Western spydom operations are ongoing around the world. Just ask Venezuela, Ecuador, Kyrgyzstan, Iran, Nigeria, Eritrea, to name just a few.

[dropcap]W[/dropcap]estern spy agencies do not do this in a vacuum. There are always willing, fifth column compradors in-country, often capitalists and/or wealthy, aristocratic families, who want to maintain the historic 1%-99% society and economy, much to their highly favored pillage and enslavement of the masses. (1) What the West provides every time is organization, management, human and signal intelligence and bags full of money to buy off the hesitant ones, as well as to pay to have the streets filled with “angry” protesters.

Western spydom also routinely subverts its own so called “pluralistic democracy”, using this same poisonous playbook of terrorism and violence. Conclusively proven assassinations include John F. Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Jr. and Aldo Moro. Factually proven false flags include 9/11, the Boston Marathon “Bombing”, Sandy Hook and Charlie Hebdo. For coups d’états, Western spydom overthrew Australia’s visionary, tour-de-force prime minister, Gough Whitlam, in 1975 and in Britain, MI5/MI6 have a long history of sabotaging the political fortunes of its leftwing leaders.

Whitlam: Too much of a leftist for the managed anglo democracies.

Whitlam: Too much of a leftist for the manicured, formalistic anglo “democracies”. He had to go, and did.

Color revolutions are exactly the same modus operandi. They are just done openly and “legally”, by adding a layer of deniability between Western spydom and the overthrows on the ground, via supposedly “non-governmental” organizations. But they are not non-governmental. The US Congress finances them to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars a year. So does Brussels in Europe. The State Department and EU foreign ministries spend many more hundreds of millions, working with the NGOs to cultivate, train and corrupt fifth column compradors inside and outside each targeted country. Add the tens of billions that the West’s spy agencies lawfully receive from their sheeple (sheep people) taxpayers, as well as the many billions more spent off budget, from managing the global drug trade in Latin America and South central Asia (cocaine and heroin, respectively), the West’s worldwide dictatorship essentially has an unlimited budget to outspend and outlast even the most tenacious freedom fighters, such as Cuba, Eritrea, Ecuador, Venezuela, Donbass Ukraine and on and on around the globe.

“There are too many pre-color revolution psyops-black ops-false flags to discuss, but early ones include the overthrow of the Iranian, Guatemalan and Congolese governments, in order to install whore leaders willing to open their countries to Western pillage and plunder…”

Color revolutions offer two other powerful advantages to Western worldwide dictatorship. Who can be against “NGOs” that promote “human rights”, “rule of law” and “civil society”, not only in the West, but in the targeted countries? This is powerful, perfidious propaganda. It immediately puts the targeted countries on the defensive, if they resist accepting these fifth-column regime-changers in their midst. The Western media, which is totally infested with minders from the CIA, et al., can crank up the propaganda foghorns behind the Great Western Firewall with frightening headlines: “CHINA IS AGAINST HUMAN RIGHTS”, “RUSSIA OPPOSES CIVIL SOCIETY” and “VENEZUELA FLAUNTS THE RULE OF LAW”.

The backhanded message in this propaganda is that all these countries targeted for imperial submission have no constitutions, functioning governments, democratic principles, cultures, civilizations and legal and social institutions. It is fundamentally very racist, subliminally suggesting that the world’s Moral Majority, 85% dark skinned peoples are a bunch of hairy heathens, savages cannibalizing each other in wastelands across the planet. Only the “morally superior, righteous” West can save them from their depravity and baseness.

So, all the countries on the West’s regime change hit list are brilliantly demonized in the eyes of the West’s brainwashed masses. In these targeted countries, local fifth column compradors use this disinformation to subvert their governments internally: Xi, Putin, Maduro, the Communist Party of China (CPC), the Russian and Venezuelan governments, etc., are against human rights, rule of law and civil society. How dare they!

Early Maidan protesters: Who was really choreographing their actions? Now we know for sure.

Early Maidan protesters: Who was really choreographing their actions? Now we know for sure.

Of course, all of this filthy corruption is codified into the laws of Western countries, making their multibillion dollar, panglobal regime change operations perfectly and insidiously “legal”. Being “legal”, this allows color revolutions another powerful tool: recruiting and working with neofascist and neocon private “foundations”, “institutes” and “think tanks”. No more worries about any 1975-esque Church Commissions. This was the US Senatorial commission that investigated and exposed many CIA psyops, black ops and false flags. No, the whole ball of wax can now be done right under the world’s noses, “right and proper”.

Katherine Frisk: Are the people of mainland China aware that Hong Kong’s Umbrella Revolution is a:”colour revolution “engineered by amongst others, George Soros?

Jeff Brown: The short answer is “yes”. Baba Beijing, my wry name for China’s Communist leadership, has been exposing Western regime change efforts, since liberation from Western/Japanese colonialism, in 1949. The Chinese media regularly reports on historical overthrow attempts in Tibet, Tiananmen Square and more recently, in Xinjiang. Baba Beijing also continuously covers Western regime change efforts going on around the world, such as Russia, the Ukraine, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, etc. Searching “George Soros-color revolution-Hong Kong” on the Chinese internet pulls up hundreds of Chinese news articles, which are available for Baba Beijing’s 1,370,000,000 citizens to peruse on this subject, as well as for the 50,000,000 overseas Chinese around the planet.

Katherine Frisk: We have heard recent rumblings about religious tensions in Western China between Muslims and Chinese authorities. It was said in western media that the government had forbidden Muslims to celebrate Ramadan, whilst in other sources this was refuted. Can you:

Prominent Hollywood celbrities like Richard Gere are often enlisted in campaigns whose real object is to advance some

Prominent Hollywood celebrities like Richard Gere are often enlisted for campaigns whose real object is to advance some counter-revolutionary/imperialist project under cover of defending freedom of religion, human rights, democracy and the rest of the excuses the West’s has utilized for decades to hide its true purposes.  Clueless liberals like Gere, George Clooney, Mia Farrow, etc. in their arrogant ignorance, enthusiastically lend a hand, eventually underminingg what they may actually wish to uphold.

Is it possible that Baba Beijing harasses and/or arrests known fifth column compradors, caught by human and signal intelligence? Sure. Do they sometimes go after the wrong person? Happens everywhere. Is it certain that fifth column compradors inside and outside China are ginning up scaremonger horror shows, to fill the Western mainstream media breech with hysterical propaganda? Absolutely. Is it conceivable that local officials sometimes get overzealous and do something stupid and inflammatory? Of course. This occurs all over the world, the West included. But a broad fiat by a big city, province or region? Simply ridiculous.

Gere with the Dalai Lama.

Gere with the Dalai Lama. The propaganda subtext of such activism is that China is oppressive and dictatorial, the old anti-communist script.

In our Beijing suburban neighborhood is a large Hui (Muslim) community and mosque, and it stays very busy. The faithful pray and fast at their leisure. Muslim businesses here, just like across much of the Islamic world (I worked in Africa and the Middle East for ten years), tend to stay open during Ramadan, with normal or reduced hours during the heat of the day, because people still work and life goes on. All those absurd, CIA-fabricated stories about Muslim businesses being forced to sell alcohol are laughable. Uighur businesses almost never offer alcohol. Hui establishments almost always do. Different cultures, different business plans, same Islam.

  1. There is underlying tension between Xinjiang’s Uighur Muslim people, whose native language belongs to the Turkic linguistic group, and Chinese Han, who are Mandarin speaking, Buddhist-Daoist-Confucian. This, just as there are historically and ongoing, violent tensions between Catholics, Protestants, Orthodox Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists and Hindus around the world. So, to single out Xinjiang is just more Behind the Great Western Firewall foghorn propaganda. Religious strife is as human as civilization itself.
  2. The problem is Western colonialism has been and continues to use this all too human divisiveness to divide and conquer. The list is exceptionally long, but a classic example is the multifaceted religious, cultural and nationalistic tinderbox that the British created in India, Pakistan and China, with partition and the division of Jammu-Kashmir-Tibet. Thus for China, the West is banally and lethally predictable in its efforts to destabilize and hopefully balkanize Xinjiang and Tibet, for rape and plunder.3. Yes, all the West’s investment in overthrowing the status quo in Xinjiang and Tibet, via spydom’s psyops-black ops-false flags, NGOs, financing and training fifth column propagandists, compradors and terrorists, to return home and wreak havoc – keeps Baba Beijing very preoccupied and vigilant. Even if the West fails in its efforts to balkanize and rape China, all these machinations force Baba Beijing to invest billions to counteract it. China’s Ministry of State Security and Russia’s FSB (their equivalents of the CIA) must be working double time to stay on top. You can just imagine the fascinating human and signal intelligence they share together. So many ongoing threats and incoming subterfuge across the Eurasian continent and its high seas.
  3. But, just as Western colonialism has been and continues to use the same, tired playbook, its targets are just as adept at resisting it. And now, for the first time, groups like Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA), Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), Nonaligned Movement (NAM), Brazil-Russia-India-China-South Africa (BRICS), Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) are integrating and harmonizing their efforts to defeat Western imperialism, more than ever before. Even the Organization for African Unity (OAU) is having some success stories. Not only that, but the anti-Western forces now have the one thing they’ve never had enough of in the past: billions upon billions of dollars to fight back. It’s the battle royal of the 21st century: the World’s 85% Moral Majority vs. the Conradian Heart of Darkness.

Katherine Frisk:  China recently lost  $3 trillion on its stock market. Accusations have been levelled that this was yet again another “Soros” engineered crash as he crashed the British Pound before they were going to join the Euro. Do you think there is any truth to this accusation? And if so, would you see it as part and parcel of a “colour revolution” strategy?

Jeff Brown: Katherine, my short answer is, I do not know and I think for anybody at this point, it is speculation and theory. It all just happened and will take weeks and months for the facts to sort themselves out. It might even take Wikileaks, which is often the final arbitrator of the truth these days.

However, if I had to make a measured analysis today, I’d have to say that this crash was probably not due to outside manipulation; much more of the blame goes to local Chinese greed. There is a lot of cash sloshing around the world’s biggest purchasing power parity (PPP) economy. The Chinese’s saving rate is around 50%, so they have billions of renminbi (RMB) looking for trouble. The crash started in the RMB denominated A-shares, which is mostly for Chinese nationals. Foreigners invest more in the forex denominated B-shares, but locals can do so as well, by setting up hard currency accounts. Combining A- and B-shares, Chinese citizens, including millions and millions of day- and spot traders, who lustfully invest on heavy margin, represent a whopping 85% of all the ongoing trades in the Chinese stock market. That only leaves 15% of the trade volume for Chinese hedge and investment funds, corporations and foreigners, who tend to buy, hold and sell on a stop-loss basis.

The truth will eventually come out, but today, I’d say the most recent Chinese stock market turbulence is mostly due to over leveraged, greedy local investors. As usual, it was all the suckers piling in late – they were the ones who lost everything. It is really amusing to watch all the fearless “free market capitalists” around the world and in China, begging big, bad government Baba Beijing to intervene, to help cut all their losses. So much for Adam Smith’s invisible hand. Idealized, sanitized capitalism has been one big lie, since the first money lenders, at the dawn of sedentary civilization 8,000 years ago, in the salt marshes of Mesopotamia.

NOTES
(1) With the emergence (or re-emergence) of globalization, the term comprador has reentered the lexicon to denote trading groups and classes in the developing world in subordinate but mutually advantageous relationships with metropolitan capital. These are often the classes, segments of the population, closely associated with foreign penetration, utterly “Westernized,” and willing to preserve their high status at the expense of their nation’s independence. This makes them natural allies of Washington and local accomplices in the global imperialist project.
