Making sense of Russian political ambiguities

THE SAKER—There are roughly two camps vying for power inside the Kremlin: I call them the Atlantic Integrationists and the Eurasian Sovereignists. The former group is a pure product of the 1990s. We can think of them as “liberals”, IMF/Washington Consensus/WTO/WB types; folks who came to power thanks to the regime of oligarchs which ran Russia from about 1990 to 2000 and which was both deeply pro-American and which had extremely close ties to Israel and the various political Jewish and Zionist organizations in the West. The latter group is primarily a product of the armed forces and the security services. The “bridge” between the two is, by the way, the Russian military industrial complex in which both groups are represented.

Where Was the 3rd World While Americans Armed & Supplied Terrorists To Destroy  Syria?

JAY JANSON—The above two examples of articles of faked or false news seems to be enough for the majority of First World readers to give their blanket support, disinterested acceptance or indifference to genocidal action by Americans, but when the less sophisticated and less gullible great populations of economically struggling and financially suffering majority humanity in Third World arrive to having the time and media to inform themselves, the obvious lies of the First World justifying profitable genocide will not be believed nor the genocide tolerated.

A Tale of Two Atrocities: Douma and Gaza

DOUG NOBLE—The mainstream media once again have enthusiastically endorsed Donald Trump’s latest strike on Syria, pulled off without Congressional approval and in blatant violation of US and international law. Reporting in breathless detail the weapons used and the sites bombed, the mainstream media seem to agree with President Trump that Syrian President Bashar Assad is a “Gas Killing Animal” responsible for the ghastly deaths of Syrian innocents in a chemical attack, one which demands swift, forceful retaliation. This rush to judgment comes even as international organizations have yet to conduct any formal investigations into the evidence of what, if anything, happened in Douma and who is responsible.

THE SKRIPAL AFFAIR: A Case of Speculation, Disinformation and Flat-earth News

MIKE FAULKNER—In his book Spycatcher published in 1987, former MI5 agent Peter Wright claimed that the agency had kept a surveillance file on Harold Wilson who was Labour Prime Minister three times between 1964 and 1976. He was, incidentally, a right of centre social democrat. But the spy agency regarded him as a security risk and suspected that he was a secret Soviet agent. Wright’s book was banned in Britain, though it was brought in from abroad and even from Scotland. In 1987 Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher told parliament that “The Director General (of MI5)…has advised me that Lord Wilson has never been subject to Security Service investigation or of any form of electronic or other surveillance by the Security Service.”

AngloZionist options (intermediate report) UPDATED

THE SAKER—An AngloZionist attack on Syria appears to be inevitable and imminent.  There is always a chance of a major pushback from some putative mentally sane, realistic and patriotic generals in the Pentagon, but I am not holding my breath (I asked two of my best informed friends about that, they both told me to forget about it).  Counting on those who have made a life obeying orders to suddenly refuse one, and wreck their career in the process, is naive.  Besides, most of what we now have at the Pentagon are not Admiral Fallon types, but rather the same “an ass-kissing little chickenshit” type à la Petraeus.
