“Russian Ministry of Defence on Airstrikes in Syria”

The US and its Arab allies have been bombing Syria for close to two years, or at least pretending to, given the rapid rise of ISIS under US supervision.

Russian planes had not even left the ground, to borrow the words of Vladimir Putin, as photographic evidence emerged of “dead civilians” from Russian airstrikes.

Russia’s Ministry of Defence issued this report in order to emphasise the care taken not to hit civilian areas.
