Recep Erdoğan, the president of Turkey, is the mass murderer of Kurd civilians and Kurds fighting against ISIS in the YPG and PKK. He is the leader of the country funding ISIS by buying their oil. He is the mass jailor of critical journalists with 70 journalists currently imprisoned and 20 journalists murdered since 1992, 16 with impunity. Two of the most recent arrests are Can Dündar and Erdem Gül of the independent daily Cumhuriyet which published an article about how the Turkish government is shipping weapons to terrorists in Syria under the cover of humanitarian aid. The article was run with a headline that read “Here are the weapons that Erdoğan says do not exist.”
Erdoğan, helped create the entire civil war in Syria that spawned ISIS by arming the various misogynistic Islamist factions that are fighting to overthrow the secular and pro-woman governments of Bashar al-Assad and the Kurdish PYD / YPG. He is a key ally of the United States in this project. One of his latest crimes in that project is violating Syrian airspace to shoot down a Russian plane that was aiding the Syrian war against ISIS. No matter which version of events one believes, that of the Russians or that of the proven liar Erdoğan, the Russian plane was not over Turkish airspace when it was shot down. The plane was no threat to Turkey and there is absolutely no excuse for this crime carried out by Erdoğan on behalf of ISIS. Since 1947, the United States has given Turkey $14 billion dollars in military aid. This has largely been used to carry out genocide against Turkey’s Kurdish minority.
In sum, this is the rational and moral position:
End All U.S. Military Aid To Turkey!
End Western Backing Of Rebels In Syria!
Down With The Repressive Anti-Worker and Anti-Kurd Regime Of Recep Erdoğan in Turkey!
