This is a repost due to reader requests. Many people are reading Russell Bentley’s dispatches from Novorossiya these days, and while his writing is personal, warm and engaging, some interesting details about this truly unique American are often left outside the narrative due to his focus on his new life in his new country and not his life in the States. This informal interview adds a welcome dimension to the man we have come to know simply as “Texac.”
