They often survived only through hiding in caves or underground. Over 30% of the population was killed. One striking feature of the war was the behavior of the "allies" after retreating from Korean cities. Germany lost almost 2 million people to allied bombing, the most memorable case being Dresden. The image shows a pile of cadavers ready for burial or incineration, like cords of wood. Germany, of course, was no weak, innocent nation like Libya. The Reich, thanks in large measure to allied coddling, cowardice and hypocrisy, had ignited a war of aggression.

Incessantly reading, listening and watching non-systemic analyses by corporatised liberals in the media these people remain captive to an eternally superficial and utterly misleading narrative that appears to them, given the mind-boggling bla bla bla from the liberal punditocracy to be "profound". Their temperamental aversion to stepping out of their "comfort zones", their belief in appearances, and their intellectual laziness, all constitute a huge obstacle to moving them to the left, where things become quickly much clearer—because they truly align with reality.
I’m sick of the demonisation used to indoctrinate westerners about North Korea. It’s not that hard to open a history book to learn what happened and understand why North Korea is so isolationist, scared and paranoid. They have every reason to be. Australian journalist Wilfred Burchett wrote at length about the impact of the war on the North Korean people.
