I agree with that header. I’ve been recently seeing that douchebag lead actor from this commercial popping up all over the place in other commercials, too. I hope he overdoses on his Jardiance.

In small print, it basically says that all the people in this commercial are actors. Not surprising, considering the way that last dude just says “It’s time to start thinking about Jardiance” as if they handed him some cash before he uttered those words…

Thanks for posting this. I had the exact same thought. He is a jerk; they are actors; who goes around scaring people randomly about dying of heart disease so they will bug their doctor to prescribe it? All together a horrible commercial, a horrible “star” of the commercial. Also, I love the shot where they show the spokesman and his assistant and cameraman walking along the street. Who is taking the picture if the camera is with that group. I hate this commercial so much.

Thank you, thank you, for bringing up these terribly misleading commercials. I think we might be the only country in the World that allows pharmaceutical companies to pitch their snake oil. This one is especially bad as it creates a false narrative and need, basically selling by creating fear. All pharmaceutical ads should be banned!
