Has America run out of B52 bombers, napalm, agent orange to donate to Vietnam? What about the three nuclear bombs offered to France to wipe out the Viet Minh and Vietnam? Or has America simply run out of decency altogether? It might recover a scrap if it donated one year of "defense" budget--around $700 billion--as war reparation for 4 million Vietnamese dead in America's war of aggression. At any rate, has Vietnam accepted or needed America's morally grotesque offering or does America plan to go door to door, "Geopolitical Hearts and Minds 2-0 calling here."

    It's not just this. The Vietnamese ruling class behaves as if it has no history. It behaves as if it was a partner of global imperialism to destroy the people and resources in the country.
    The same ports and other facilities the US used to land , bombard and destroy the country, the Vietnamese elite allow the US military machine of aggression to drop anchor in, like the ports during armed visits as if both countries have a common history.
    It's difficult to explain if the ruling class is bribed as is the case elsewhere except, perhaps, North Korea or it is charmed and hypnotized.
    I mean, it's difficult to comprehend why another Nicaragua is created in Vietnam with so much ease.
    Soon, US imperialism will ask for a naval base and it will be granted immediately with no hesitation.
