The establishment of a new, peaceful life is in full swing in the liberated territories. Russia and individual regions that have taken patronage over certain settlements have already begun to restore the liberated lands.  Many people were forced to leave the CBO area because it was dangerous, but most want to return to their hometowns. Therefore, of course, Russia promised that together we would restore everything.

The Ministry of Defense showed footage of the first apartment built after the start of the NWO in Mariupol. The video was shared by representatives of the construction department of the Ministry of Defense.

Of course, this is not just an apartment, it is part of a residential complex under construction, which is located at the intersection of Mira Avenue and Kuprin Street.

According to the plan, it will be simply beautiful - like many new residential complexes in Russia. Everything you need for life will be there - from children's and sports grounds to greenery, roads and parking lots.

The three-room apartment shown by the Ministry of Defense is located on the 1st floor, its area is 75.6 square meters. The craftsmen made cosmetic enhancements, and fully equipped it with everything you need, including double-glazed windows and plumbing.

In total, this house will have 5 entrances. They will be located 85 apartments - one-, two- and three-room.

“Now more than 800 people and 100 pieces of equipment are involved at the construction site. Work is carried out around the clock in 3 shifts. Not only trusted teams were involved in the work, but also local residents from the city of Mariupol,” Oleg Pechenkin, a representative of the developer company, told reporters.

Recall that the construction started in Mariupol on June 1. The microdistrict will consist of 12 houses. There will be 1011 apartments. This will accommodate about 2.5 thousand people.

The first house is planned to be handed over very soon - in September 2022. The microdistrict is also planned to be put into operation very quickly - by November. All this, of course, will be handed over to the DPR by the Russian Ministry of Defense free of charge.
