President Biden addresses the United Nations General Assembly Wednesday morning. Biden’s address to the 77th UNGA comes as Russia’s war in Ukraine marches past its 200th day, while governments continue to grapple with the fallout of the Covid-19 pandemic and as climate change uncertainties mount.

Courtiers —John Kerry, Ukrainian delegates, etc.—attend the pathetic emperor's peroration. For most in the audience  it was a big yawn of expected imperial hot air.
