Dec 25, 2022 Col. MacGregor reiterates here that the West's delusions about Russia's capabilities—including its vaunted weaknesses, and military incompetence— could lead to a world-class disaster. The Ukraine war is lost, MacGregor says. Nothing can change that outcome, not even a direct NATO involvement. So humanity must thread with prudence and wisdom, qualities, MacGregor notes, in scarce supply among Western leaders, especially in Washington, a political culture bathed in hubris and arrogant imperialist thinking.
