The lack of ammunition throughout the West, exposed by the Ukraine war, is laying bare NATO's inability to come up with sufficient supplies to fight a long war of attrition focused on artillery and the new modalities of war pioneered by Russia. The West is realising it simply lacks the strategic (industrial) depth needed to fight Moscow, let alone Russia and China united.
