The "Blue Cult" and its allies in the Deep State are breaking records for hypocrisy and cynicism by persecuting Donald Trump in an obvious case of judicial malfeasance. Even in a nation long ruled and artificially legitimated by revolting displays of hypocrisy, this case is unprecedented. We are nauseated, but don't think for a minute we are fans of Trump's dog and pony show and his rancid jingoism. Trump is clearly an opportunistic phony, a capricious billionaire whose rise to political power as a populist —itself a fraud—is owed chiefly to the longstanding and repeated betrayals of the putrid Democrat party and the duplicitous liberal class in which this execrable formation swims. The American people deserve better.
