The images are eloquent. and no amount of flim-flam can deny their truth. There’s a disturbing, ugly pattern here, and the world at large knows it, even if most of the US population is still in denial. Eventually, when the iron grip of exceptionalism finally loosens, and the American people realise what their country has done for generations, for well over a century, things may change, perhaps in a drastic way.

LARRY C. JOHNSON—Impotence can make men do foolish things and evoke helpless rage. While erectile dysfunction can be resolved, at least temporarily, with the help of a little blue pill, there is no remedy for political impotence other than reality. One example of Western political flaccidity is Europe’s decision to impose a new batch of sanctions on Russia, which include trying to muzzle RT. Strong nations that are prevailing in a conflict do not resort to such feckless, useless measures. These are the actions of weaklings.

PATRICE GREANVILLE—Overproduction is a Marxist term that confuses many people. Why is it that when society produces “too much of something”—say too many houses, cars, food, etc.,— it is a bad thing? And what about when the problem is general, when society produces too much of just about everything? Why is such abundance to be feared and regretted? Why does it portend a serious crisis? For brains long accustomed to thinking that the central economic problem for human beings is deficient production methods, famines, seasonal shortages, and thereby scarcity, the whole thing is mysterious and plainly irrational.

ERIC ZUESSE—Now that Europe’s economies are doomed, the fact is especially clear that, as I had headlined on 11 September 2021, “America Is Europe’s Enemy”:
What is the likelihood that Russia, China, or Iran — the three main targeted nations that the U.S. Government has (ever since 1945) been trying to first isolate, by removing the target-country’s allies, and, then grab and control — will actually, themselves, invade Europe? Is that likelihood near zero? (What would any of them gain by even trying to invade Europe? Would they likely be stupid enough to want to do it?) Then why does Europe participate in America’s aggressions (sanctions, coups, and invasions)? These are aggressions that create problems even within Europe itself.
