Putin Won – Time Magazine Annoyed That He Does More Than Superman

[su_testimonial]TIME magazine once again meets another central mission of US "journalists": to provide the public alarm and justification for some political criminality the elites already decided on.[/su_testimonial]

April 11, 2019 - The latest issue of the popular American magazine "Time" came out with a cover on which the president of Russia is hanging over the globe. So the publication has illustrated the main material of the issue - an article by journalist Simon Schuster, in which he asserts about the official claims of Moscow and Putin himself for total world domination.

CROSSPOSTED WITH THE SAKER, A FRATERNAL SITE

[dropcap]H[/dropcap]ello friends, with you is Angelina Proskurina, and today I would like to talk about latest issue of the popular American magazine “Time”, on the cover where we can unexpectedly see President Vladimir Putin.

Almost the entire publication is dedicated to the Russian leader. But not even opening the journal can we notice that the Americans were able to make a truly serious opening. Russia in their opinion presents itself as a new type of empire, which spread its tentacles to literally all 7 continents. And special attention was given to Washington, which could not resist this encroachment.

In all honesty, this cover reminds me of a poster for some new fantasy Marvel movie. But not for something as serious as the “Time” magazine. A bloody red background, a large amount of the Kremlin’s stars all over the planet, and in the center is the silhouette of the Russian leader which reminds me more of Slenderman hanging over the whole planet. Is that enough drama for you?

Those who endlessly practice warmongering propaganda to line their pockets are the very definition of human filth.

Importantly, the article is written by journalist Simon Schuster. He gives the same opinion as given by many American “experts”. Thanks to America’s favorite Russian conspiracy of how they helped Trump “Make America Great Again”, there is now a new different allegation. American experts think that for Putin, he doesn’t have enough influence on just the West. For a while now, he has spread his politics all over the world, hoping to cobble up the whole planet.

There is more growing confidence that this material was written by George Orwell or Aldous Huxley, but not by a journalist of one of the world’s most prestigious publishers. If we throw aside all of the delirium by this fantasy writer, then we can notice the parallel red thread of this act: the rise of Russia’s influence in the world.

There is a critical discussion about “Putin’s empire.” Yes, yes. You can take a look at the cover one more time and have a closer view at the sub-headline. Which verbatim translates to from English to Russian like this: “How Putin built improvised empire of tyrants and rogue states.” The author sweeps dust to dust spreading word of the empire scheme which Vladimir Vladimirovich is building.

Critically I emphasize the inconsistency for the full absence of such a system. But even here they show contradictions, since later the journalist admits that there is a system. It’s just that for the Americans, it doesn’t suit their taste. When the West offers the world only investigations and money, Russia provides freedom, safety and a readiness to go into compromise. The main one here is freedom, which it views as the most important value.

This is exactly why Russia’s influence in the world continues to grow. The governments of many countries want to cooperate with us into making contracts for the delivery of military weapons, like Turkish President Erdoğan did. And no matter how the US angrily threatened them with sanctions over their offer of supplying Patriot surface-to-air missiles (SAM) instead of our Russian S-400s, Ankara firmly was confident in their decision and continues their talks with us

This is why until the American elite understand that you can’t take exceptional methods of whipping right and left through the use of sanctions, the more their authority will begin to fall in the political arena. Nobody cancelled diplomacy. Until that point, Russia remains and will remain in the winning position instead of Washington. We already have a handful of advantages.

And for today that is all. My friends, leave your comments and don’t forget to subscribe to our channel. And until next time!

Dr. Steve Turley: Analyzing the worldwide blowback against globalization and its secular aristocracy

AN AGE OF STRANGE BEDFELLOWS?

[su_panel background="#ebf0f5" radius="7"]
World crises often force strange displacements in the tectonic plates separating various political outlooks, and so it is with this turbulent age, in which globalists do their best to dumb down and sow massive confusion among the populace. People opposing this fetid excrescence are coming now from both the right (traditional conservatives) and the genuine left (not the centrist-right addled-brained liberals who normally mass around phony imperialist formations like the Democrats, yea it IS confusing). Many traditional conservatives (and libertarians, like Dr Ron Paul) are found fighting the neoliberal project, and its offshoot of endless wars and inexorable immiseration of the masses. It is in that framework that we find one of them, Dr Steve Turley, who, it should be noted, still very much supports many things that remain anathema to traditional leftists. That said, his critique of the US-led empire is healthy, lucid and spot on, and that's why we we bring it to your attention. The moment requires we focus and prioritise our enemies by their degree of malignancy, we must look at the broader and more important issues that bind us, instead of the less urgent issues that separate us, and which, in terms of practical politics, have no way of being resolved before the planet collapses, and perhaps do not need to be resolved, merely declared part of a wise truce between the disputants. Mental agility and flexibility is a necessary condition to dispose of the chief enemy theatening us all with depraved barbarism.—PG

Revolutionary wisdom

Words from an Irish patriot—

“There are three kinds of violence. The first, the mother of all the others, is the institutional violence, the one that legalizes and perpetuates the dominations, the oppressions and the exploitations, the one that crushes and flattens millions of men in its silent and well oiled wheels. The second is revolutionary violence, which arises from the desire to abolish the first. The third is repressive violence, the object of which is to stifle the second by making itself the auxiliary and the accomplice of the first violence, the one that engenders all the others. There is no worse hypocrisy to call violence only the second, by pretending to forget the first, which gives birth to it, and the third which kills it. ”

White House: US, Ecuador Coordinating About Future Of Assange Asylum

horiz-long grey

HELP ENLIGHTEN YOUR FELLOWS. BE SURE TO PASS THIS ON. SURVIVAL DEPENDS ON IT.

The agenda of the United States government to extradite WikiLeaks editor-in-chief Julian Assange is kind of like Israel’s nuclear arsenal: everyone knows it exists, but government officials refuse to openly confirm it. US Attorney General Jeff Sessions has admitted that Assange’s arrest is a priority, President Trump has said he’d support Sessions in taking that action, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has labeled WikiLeaks a “hostile non-state intelligence service,” and the ranking Democrat in the US House Intelligence Committee Adam Schiff has stated that he plans on questioning Assange “when he is in US custody.” But so far none have come right out and admitted that there is an extradition request for Assange or what the legal basis for it might be.

Unlike Israel’s nukes, however, you’ll still see empire loyalists pretending that they don’t believe there’s an agenda to extradite Assange. You’ll often see social media accounts patrolling all posts about Julian Assange any time he’s in the news, stating in remarkably uniform language that Assange is free to leave the embassy whenever he wants because there is no extradition agenda. To be clear, these people do not believe what they are saying; nobody actually believes that Assange is choosing to remain in effective solitary confinement because it’s his idea of a fun time. But there are individuals with a vested interest in reinforcing the narrative that the US isn’t the sort of government that would try to imprison a journalist for telling the truth.

It is this false narrative manipulation which makes it essential to document such events as ten Democratic Senators writing a letter to Vice President Mike Pence demanding that he confront Ecuadorian President Lenin Moreno about continuing to give political asylum to Assange.

Three full paragraphs of the letter (which was provided as an exclusive to a Spanish-language news publication to really shove the propaganda out into center stage) were dedicated to taking down Assange and WikiLeaks, emphasizing the unproven and plot hole-riddled claim that the GRU used WikiLeaks to release hacked information in order to influence from the 2016 US presidential election. Those three paragraphs read as follows:

Despite these advances, we remain extremely concerned about Ecuador providing asylum to WikiLeaks Founder Julian Assange since June 2012. As you are aware, in its declassified January 2017 report, the U.S. Intelligence Community assessed that Russia’s Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) used WikiLeaks to release hacked information in order to influence from the 2016 U.S. presidential election. We are also deeply troubled by WikiLeaks interventions in the 2017 French presidential election and the 2017 Spanish referendum on Catalan independence.

During his tenure as Director of Central Intelligence, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo characterized WikiLeaks as, “a non-state hostile intelligence service often abetted by state actors like Russia.” For these reasons, we were alarmed that the readout of your June 4, 2018 phone call with President Moreno made no mention of efforts by Julian Assange and WikiLeaks to interfere in the 2016 U.S. electoral process or the elections of some of our closest allies.

As the United States is still seeking clarity about the full extent of Russian intervention in our elections and Russian interference in elections across the world, it is imperative that you raise U.S. concerns with President Moreno about Ecuador’s continued support for Mr. Assange at a time when WikiLeaks continues its efforts to undermine democratic processes globally.

[dropcap]W[/dropcap]hy would US Senators care that Assange is receiving political asylum if his belief that the US government is trying to extradite him was a paranoid fantasy? The only known existing charge that Assange could be arrested for if he leaves the embassy is a bogus bail violation he was charged with a full 12 days after he applied for political asylum; nobody actually believes ensuring that Assange is prosecuted for that nonsensical charge is an urgent matter, let alone one so urgent it necessitates the full attention of ten sitting US Senators and the Vice President of the United States. Continuing to pretend that we don’t all know that the same government which tortured Chelsea Manning is trying to extradite Assange is a farce, and the correct response to anyone denying it is to laugh in their face.

We have long known that Dianne Feinstein is plutocratic shill and a Zionist with deep connections to the intel agencies, but Sen. Ed Markey struts around pretending to be cut from a different cloth. His signature on this letter against Assange reveals the true allegiance of this man, making him another prototype for the hypocritical Democrats.

And according to a statement from a White House official, Vice President Pence marched right along to the fascistic drum beat of Democratic Senators Feinstein, Warner, Menendez, Durbin, Blumenthal, Markey, Bennet, Coons, Manchin, and Shaheen.

“The vice president raised the issue of Mr. Assange,” the statement reads. “It was a constructive conversation. They agreed to remain in close coordination on potential next steps going forward.”

Why would the government granting political asylum to Assange be “in close coordination” about Assange with a government that isn’t interested in Assange? It’s stupid to have to keep pointing this out, but the fact that political discourse about the plight of the WikiLeaks editor-in-chief is so constantly and aggressively inundated with gibberish about his not being truly detained means this needs to be pointed out. He is being detained on threat of extradition and torture. The US-centralized power establishment really is that corrupt and depraved.

The next time you run into an empire loyalist on an online forum who tries to claim that Julian Assange isn’t being detained and can “leave whenever he wants”, show them this article. They really don’t have an argument at this point.

Any sincere thinking person already knows that Assange is most definitely being detained. And, as a UN panel has already stated unequivocally, he should be allowed to walk free of that detention and seek compensation for the wrong that has been done to him. As long as he remains held at gunpoint by the torture machine of the US-centralized empire, the US government is tacitly admitting its true nature. And all those who support it are tacitly admitting theirs.

The Best Definition of Donald Trump We Have Found

In his zeal to prove to his antagonists in the War Party that he is as bloodthirsty as their champion, Hillary Clinton, and more manly than Barack Obama, Trump seems to have gone “play-crazy” -- acting like an unpredictable maniac in order to terrorize the Russians into forcing some kind of dramatic concessions from their Syrian allies, or risk Armageddon. However, the “play-crazy” gambit can only work when the leader is, in real life, a disciplined and intelligent actor, who knows precisely what actual boundaries must not be crossed. That ain’t Donald Trump -- a pitifully shallow and ill-disciplined man, emotionally handicapped by obscene privilege and cognitively crippled by white American chauvinism. By pushing Trump into a corner and demanding that he display his most bellicose self, or be ceaselessly mocked as a “puppet” and minion of Russia, a lesser power, the War Party and its media and clandestine services have created a perfect storm of mayhem that may consume us all. Distrust Of US Intelligence Agencies Is The Default Position Of Sanity

The legendary award-winning investigative journalist Robert Parry has had a stroke. According to his latest article in the always excellent Consortiumnews, the stroke left most of his faculties intact but has robbed him of his vision, which will greatly hinder his ability to publish his insightful analyses with his customary frequency.

While I am very grateful that Mr Parry is still with us and that his condition is far better than it could have been, this is still a great loss for all of us. The voices speaking uncompromising truth in this time of universal deceit are so precious few that any time any of them becomes diminished it’s a tragedy.

Parry had a clean bill of health, never smoked, and never had high blood pressure. He speculated that a possible cause could be how hard he works, adding, “Perhaps, too, the unrelenting ugliness that has become Official Washington and national journalism was a factor.”

Parry wrote about the viciousness with which anyone who questions the CIA/CNN narrative is attacked by the “liberal” mainstream in the age of Trump.

“The hatred of Trump and Putin was so intense that old-fashioned rules of journalism and fairness were brushed aside,” Parry writes. “On a personal note, I faced harsh criticism even from friends of many years for refusing to enlist in the anti-Trump ‘Resistance.’ The argument was that Trump was such a unique threat to America and the world that I should join in finding any justification for his ouster. Some people saw my insistence on the same journalistic standards that I had always employed somehow a betrayal.”

"These agencies have an extensive and well-documented history of lying, torture, sabotage, psyops, staging coups, infiltrating civil rights movements, drug running and warmongering stretching from their creation to the present moment. And yet we’re meant to accept that we are the weird, fringe conspiracy theorists for not taking on faith their still completely unproven say-so..."

I’ve got a much smaller profile than Robert Parry, but even I can attest that the heat you’ll catch from those suffering from Trump hysteria can be intense and overwhelming when you refuse to fall in line with establishment narratives. There were times last year where I would have surely had my creativity snuffed out by the endless deluge of vitriol were it not for my husband’s tireless assistance and a few helpful spiritual practices I’ve picked up over the years, and it wouldn’t have surprised me if I’d ended up having a stroke myself otherwise. It’s a lot of toxic energy to have coming at you on a regular basis, and if you’re a leaned-in poetical type like me who deeply feels life, it’s like getting slammed by an energetic tidal wave day in and day out.

And all that hatred ultimately comes at us as a result of having expressed skepticism about unproven assertions made by the US intelligence community, which is the most sane, neutral, unbiased position that anyone could possibly have about anything. These agencies have an extensive and well-documented history of lying, torture, sabotage, psyops, staging coups, infiltrating civil rights movements, drug running and warmongering stretching from their creation to the present moment. And yet we’re meant to accept that we are the weird, fringe conspiracy theorists for not taking on faith their still completely unproven say-so which is the only thread holding the establishment Russia narrative together.

As Jiddu Krishnamurti famously said, it is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society. The fact that those of us who see the US intelligence community, the mainstream media, and the oligarchs they support for what they are happen to be in the minority does not make us the oddball extremists. The majority who swallow the CIA/CNN narrative hook, line and sinker are the delusional cultists. Those of us who remember the lead-up to the Iraq invasion and say “Yeah we’re gonna need more proof before we buy into that story” are inhabiting the center of the wheel. We are the moderates in this debate.

And now, after the Democrats completely eschewed all critical thinking about US intelligence and defense agencies, the Republicans appear to be gearing up for another regime change intervention in the Middle East. The Washington Free Beacon reports that the Trump administration is working to incubate the “nascent Iranian revolution”:

The Trump administration is keeping a close eye on the growing protests in Iran, with senior administration officials working to ensure President Donald Trump does not miss an opportunity to incubate a possible revolution that could topple Iran’s hardline ruling regime, according to White House officials who spoke to the Washington Free Beacon.

If this report is accurate (and it’s worth noting that Washington Free Beacon is a very conservative, Trump-supporting outlet), it goes without saying that the US intelligence community will be actively involved in fanning the flames of bloodshed and extremism in Iran just like it did with Libya and Syria. Already we’re getting reports of highly suspicious attacks on banks and false flag police shootings in that nation, as well as terrorist groups being cheered on by the US media, and who knows who could be behind all that. Could it be the US intelligence community? Of course! But who’s left to ask those kinds of questions now? It is a known fact that the CIA has already cranked up operations against Iran in the last year, but who remains to question the motives and behaviors of the CIA?

The few still willing to speak out who the Democrats have spent the last year attacking, undermining, and giving fucking strokes to. That’s who.

CIA Creates New Mission Center to Turn Up the Heat on Iran
The Central Intelligence Agency has established an organization to gather and analyze intelligence about Iran…www.wsj.com

Get as well as possible as quickly as possible, Robert Parry. We will carry on your flame either way. You were right, they were wrong. Those of us who demand facts and evidence in a post-Iraq invasion world are sane, and those who unquestioningly cheerlead for the CIA are crazy. We will keep fighting, because we know that we stand on the only reasonable ground anyone can possibly stand on this issue.

Stand confident in your truth, dear reader. Don’t let them drag you down. Don’t let them kill your voice, snuff out your spark or ruin your health. You are standing on the only solid ground there is in this debate. Plant your feet firmly, stand tall, and shout loud.

War in Ukraine – The Unreported Truth

anti-Russia propaganda

This is but one example of U.S. media propaganda regarding Russia. In this clip from CNN the guy is claiming that Russia is using mobile crematoriums to burn the evidence (soldier’s remains) of Russia’s presence in Ukraine.

Screen Shot 2016-01-23 at 2.38.28 PMIn this edition of the Donbass Truth Channel, Alexander Chopov addresses what has become an almost automatic practice, namely “Putin (Russia) did it.” While it seems to be open season on finger pointing at Russia/Putin, much of the source of that “information” is Ukraine. Now whether Ukraine (Poroshenko) is operating on its own, or whether it was a process started by others (read US and or NATO), or whether it can be laid wholly at the feet of the US (CIA or State Department), the hard truth is that the U.S. seems to take much of it in without question. This seems true virtually across the board from the public to the media to politicians. Whenever we see this much ringing of Pavlov’s bell, people need to be alert that they are being conditioned to respond. In cases like these, it is softening the ground and laying the seeds of support for some sort of military action – likely war.
