TAXI—Running out of time, and desperate to gather focus and forces to fast pivot east to confront a rapidly rising Chinese superpower, America is currently arranging for its exit from the Middle East in a way that militarily secures its allies and proxies there, especially that of Israel. Naturally, it has to pick a top dog from its kennel of allies to police the region in its absence, and pick one, indeed, it has.
Turkey. Not Israel.

Majority Forces Need To Combat Market Dictatorship
15 minutes readFRANK SCOTT—As the nation sinks more deeply into financial, mental and spiritual blight, we find major outlets of thought control blaring idiocy about Russian threats to our invader forces in foreign countries by allegedly offering payment to the native population to kill them. Such thoughts would never occur to people who have suffered tens of thousands of deaths at their hands and whose governments have been destroyed by them, at least not to the brilliant American foreign policy makers who need to have their heads examined by a proctologist. These Russian monsters are also conducting assaults on our fictional democracy, thus endangering the multi-billion dollar electoral marketing orgy which started right after the last carnival chose a barker and will continue until the next circus selects a clown.

Scumwatch— The Room Where it Happened: John Bolton’s account of the “palace coup” opposition to Trump
20 minutes readANDRE DAMON–Bolton is a professional advocate of aggressive war, a sort of Dr. Strangelove without the charm. He somehow comes off in his writing as even more icy and detached than he does on camera. Reading this half-deranged bureaucrat’s observations is unnerving, recalling Hannah Arendt’s observations about the banality of evil. Throughout the conflicts Bolton narrates, the dominant factor is the utter debacle facing US imperialism on the world stage.

The Convo Couch: Beirut Lebanon Disaster, Cori Bush defeats Incumbent, Republicans outleft the Dems? & more!
9 minutes readP. GREANVILLE—Introducing The Convo Couch, another very fine resource on the left—I’m talking left , folks, not treacherous IDpolliberals, which of course we would never feature or recommend on The Greanville Post. Why? Because one of our missions is to expose the liberals/Democrats’ treacheries and bankrupt ideology, if we can use that word to describe their filthy tegument of lies and hypocrisy. The Convo Couch, like our comrade Caleb Maupin, operates out of YouTube, which is inherently dangerous (to them), since YouTube is Google and Google is the enemy. They could be deleted any time, as Google has done with numerous other progressives who were suppressed precisely at the point they were beginning to acquire a sizable audience, and a respectable monetized platform to keep them going. Let’s face it, folks, owned uniformly by sociopathic billionaires, and staffed with executives and front men who embody the values of capitalism—opportunism, hypocrisy, careerism, and mendacity in the service of the imperialist empire, which, as we all know here, means endless wars, including nuclear war, grotesque inequality, fascism, and ecocide— the corporate media are our enemy.

PATRICK ARMSTRONG—One cannot avoid asking when did the USA last win a war. You can argue about what “win” looks like but there’s no argument about a surrender ceremony in the enemy’s capital, whether Tokyo Bay or Berlin. That is victory. Helicopters off the Embassy roof is not, pool parties in a U.S. Embassy is not, “Black Hawk down” is not. Doubling the USSR’s record in Afghanistan is not. Restoring the status quo ante in Korea is not defeat exactly, but it’s pretty far from what MacArthur expected when he moved on the Yalu. When did the USA last win a war? And none of the post-1945 wars have been against first-class opponents.
