While Israel’s “apologies” to Hezbollah are pathetic and can prevent in no way the inevitable retaliation, it must be emphasized that Israel certainly does everything it can to avoid hitting Hezbollah operatives when it strikes Syria —and therefore tries hard not to kill anyone at all—going so far as warning them before hitting one of their vehicles, as we can see in this video from last April.

IT’S GETTING UGLIER BY THE DAY. A TIMELINE OF EURANGLOLAND’S RECENT “CASUS BELLI” AGAINST CHINA.
38 minutes readJEFF J. BROWN—By 1941, America’s dictatorial owners were desperate for a war, in order to start another cycle of harvesting the country and its people. What to do? Why of course, push Japan to declare war on the USA, by seizing all Japanese assets in-country, on 26 July 1941, which were very substantial. Then, the following month, Uncle Sam blockaded exports to Japan for petroleum, steel and scrap iron, almost all of which were being bought from America. That essentially spelled the end of Japan’s industrial production. These are diplomatic declarations of war and Japan did exactly that four months later in Hawaii. As Pearl Harbor was smoldering, Japanese diplomats burned all the documents inside their soon to be closed embassy in Washington, DC.

The Great American Firewall: On the Question of Censorship
20 minutes readDANNY HAIPHONG—The farcical myths of American exceptionalism such as “free speech” facilitate a mass ignorance of the deadly censorship that Assange’s case represents. Any real leftist movement in the United States would do well to reexamine the material conditions that create the need for censorship and let go of anti-communist and racist stereotypes which only serve to cloud political judgement. While China is certainly a leading economic power, the Communist Party-led state is by no means a military hegemon. That position rests with the United States. The United States possesses the biggest military apparatus in the world by several proportions, one that is used to destroy and plunder the planet with impunity.
