JEFFREY SACHS—Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned the U.S. repeatedly since 2008 to keep NATO out of Ukraine, a region of vital security interests for Russia. Biden has equally, resolutely insisted on NATO enlargement. Putin made one last diplomatic try at the end of 2021 to stop NATO enlargement. Biden completely rebuffed him. This was dangerous foreign policy.

European MPs Humiliate The U.S. On World Stage
8 minutes readJIMMY DORE—Western powers routinely accuse the Russian military of committing terrorist acts and targeting civilians in the Ukraine war. And many of the accusations are no doubt true. But as members of the European Parliament Mick Wallace and Clare Daly point out, the West is far from innocent of these very same crimes, and to a far greater degree. That was the gist of the fiery speeches recently delivered by the two Irish MPs, leading to the predictable denunciations of using “whataboutism” and that the two are useful idiots for the Russian government.

With the UN made into an American bitch, the Kiev regime is given carte blanche for its crimes
22 minutes readRF UN AMBASSADOR —The US and the EU opted for the systems that showed the highest lethality against the population of Donbass and liberated territories. USA will deliver to Kiev another batch of M142 HIMARS MLRS and high-precision guided missiles M31 GMLRS, as well as aviation anti-radar missiles AGM-88 HARM. From Paris, Kiev will again receive self-propelled artillery guns Caesar 155 mm caliber. A delivery of 155mm ammunition to Kiev was announced by Germany. To their own population, the leaders of these countries explain that these weapons, supposedly, should help the Zelensky regime in the defense of Ukraine.

FRED REED—Where does water come from in New York? I don’t know, but it doesn’t flow spontaneously to the thirtieth floor. It needs to be pumped, which involves electricity, from wherever it comes from to wherever it has to go. No electricity, no pump. No pump, no water. And no flushing of toilets. River water could be drunk, of course. Think of the crowds.

ERIC ZUESSE—Political partisanship in America has finally reached the point where it might endanger the previous foreign-policy unanimity of America’s billionaires, who essentially own both Parties and their respective news-media to choose and “get out the vote” for their respective nominees on election days. No issues have been even nearly as bipartisan between their two Parties as foreign-affairs issues have been — for example, the unanimity typically reaches above 95% on sanctions legislation, to punish Russia, Iran, Syria, Venezuela, and other countries that they want to “regime-change” (take over) — but, now, their previous bipartisanship on these issues is beginning to break down.
