All trade between non-US countries must bypass the US dollar using systems such as those already operating between China and the 10 ASEAN and 6 GCC states, between China and Russia and between India and Russia. If certain European countries like Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia etc wish to join such trade, they will be warmly welcomed, they will be embraced by the BRI, they will be embraced by the BRICS.
China must block all rare earth and high tech exports to the USA.
Russia must stop all fertiliser, oil, gas and uranium exports to the USA.
