EDITOR—A wide-ranging discussion of the state of the class struggle in the US and rest of the world, and how broad sections of the Us working class may be now intuitively ready to fight back against further abuses by the neoliberal warmongering establishment. The Trump years, fraught with risky changes at home and abroad, will surely be critical for the path that humanity may follow in the 21st century. Panel discusses Trump’s recent proposals and threats to the sovereignty of Canada, Mexico, Greenland and Denmark, all of which may actually signal a realignment in US foreign policy, from rabid (and unsustainable) Neocon imperialism to a retreat to multipolar “sphere of influence” regime.

BILLY BOB—Blowback: Exposing Imperial Decline with special guests Max Parry and Charles McKelvey. The primary topic for today’s program is what we should expect from the incoming Trump administration, including the strategies that Trump should employ in order to advance his MAGA agenda.

BILLY BOB—So, what can the US do to contain China?  Is it possible for the US to contain China without causing great harm to the global economy and plunging humanity into a period of tremendous depression and upheaval?  Of course not.  China is the single biggest manufacturing superpower on the planet.  They are the number one trading partner for over 120 countries.  If China is to be contained, the global economy must suffer.

So “sooner rather than later” and “the global economy will necessarily suffer if China is to be contained” are the two assumptions which provide the foundation for the rest of my analysis.
