Peter speculated that a ceasefire agreement, possibly influenced by a deal between Trump and Netanyahu, might not hold for long. He suggested that Netanyahu’s ultimate goal could be to control all of Gaza and expand Israel’s borders, potentially leading to control of a significant portion of the world’s hydrocarbon resources. Peter also mentioned the possibility of a new canal, the Ben-Gurion Canal, replacing the Suez Canal, which would further empower Israel. Jeff agreed with Peter’s analysis, stating that the Jewish state of Israel would win either by exterminating or evacuating the Palestinians. Both agreed that this situation needs to be halted. The authors also discussed many other issues on the world agenda, from Ukraine to America’s posture to China, Iran, etc.
