His "Soundtrack to the Struggle" series is a collection of albums known for their independent political music. Mongrel is his musical group. Lowkey is known for his political activism, particularly regarding the Gaza war. In May 2017, Lowkey endorsed Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn in the 2017 UK general election. He said: "We have a choice between policies which foster empathy and policies which foster greed, resentment, estrangement and alienation."[37] In November 2019, along with other public figures, Lowkey signed a letter supporting Corbyn describing him as "a beacon of hope in the struggle against emergent far-right nationalism, xenophobia and racism in much of the democratic world" and endorsed him in the 2019 UK general election. During the current Gaza genocide, Lowkey has appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored and criticized Israel's conduct and media coverage of the conflict. He frequently appears on Alt-Media, including George Galloway's MOATS, Jimmy Dore's, Empire Files, etc.

The Chilling Truth Behind Israel's Dark Agenda. The US is priming Israel to be the paramount power in the Middle East, with complete complicity of the collective West's political, military and media class. This class has stood by Israel as it genocides Palestinians, piles up nuclear weapons, and stages invasions and regime-change ops throughout the Middle East and beyond. Israel has normalised the mass killing of children. Iran has been the only country (aside from the brave Houthis) that has made opposition to Israel, defence of Palestinians (and pushback against US imperialist acts) part of its foreign policy, and included the cost of such resistance in its national defence budget.
