Larry thinks that Trump's proposals to move Palestinians out of Gaza, and behind the scenes negotiations with Iran, are basically moves to let Trump claim some victories, while diverting attention from the real substance of these issues. Trump's claims that Iran won't build a nuclear weapon on his watch are an act of political opportunism, since Iran's maximum leader himself has (so far) prohibited the building of such weapons. In the final analysis, Trump will have to negotiate in earnest to get anything concrete done, on West Asia or Ukraine, or any other region he chooses to project American power in. As for what he is actually doing at home, ostensibly shaking the Federal government like no other president in history, the script and purpose of many of these moves remain unclear to friend and foe. The "unpredictable" Trump is proving his allies and enemies right about that particular quality.
