Big Pharma’s campaigns to badmouth and block generics and low-cost, totally proven and reliable drugs, with the aid of politicians and media (which Pfizer alone seems to own!) is a scandal indeed, as you point out. I don’t expect anything to change until mass media (which now includes social media controlled by Big Tech) is defeated by alternative media and the rise of genuine popular movements.
