From Inside the Camp
We have reached the point where even apolitical acquaintances, friends and family in the USA openly worry about the acceleration of the new police state wherein even US citizens and green card holders fear - perhaps for saying the wrong thing, being aghast at their President’s open embrace of genocide, following the wrong blog, joining a peaceful protest, standing for public office, openly preoccupied by the sight of lines of black, unmarked ICE vehicles in suburban streets and farms, going to the immigration bureau to sort out paperwork etc., etc. - that they will be forcibly jerked up from the street, detained for long periods in extremely unpleasant and dangerous conditions and perhaps deported (to who knows where), alongside what may well prove to be millions upon millions of undocumented immigrants, a good proportion of whom will have been long-term tax paying residents of the country, in solid and happy families, a crucial and valuable contribution to the nation’s core identity and complex cultural vibrancy.
One of Trump's sycophants telling the audience that "Trump loves the people afflicted by the floods," yada yada yada. Hard to stomach, but par for the course among the political class of the semi-demented empire. And that certainly included the Biden gang.
We analysts have to confront this reality (that fascism has arrived), serious and potentially catastrophic though our multiple crises of international relations may be, because it is not possible to make sense of the international without reference to the domestic: it is all part of the same gruesome reality and the culpable parties are pretty much the same crew of over-privileged imbeciles.
So suddenly inconsequential people like the US Attorney General Pam Bondi and Elon Musk who confirmed a few weeks ago that Epstein had a client list, and others who with very good reason believed he had been murdered in custody to protect powerful people like…well, like President Trump … now say Epstein (Mossad and CIA go-to for blackmail material?) was just a routine, peace loving ordinary run-of-the-mill sex trafficker citizen who didn’t have a client list and just committed suicide under a guard watch that maybe wasn’t in horribly unpropitious circumstances for the suicidally inclined.
So, nothing to see here!! Not least because the country’s rogue law enforcement agency, the FBI - available for rent to any Bill or Hillary - buries all that BS. The Federalist reveals that the FBI runs a centralized document system called Sentinel which has several layers of classification including one, “Prohibited Access” which hides the very existence of some documents and returns false negatives to searchers. There is NO OVERSIGHT of this FBI power grab. Only a very select few know of this. The Department of Justice did not know this during the Durham RussiaGate investigation, and the FBI forgot to mention it to John, while the same scenario played out with respect to the Biden-Burisma scandal.
So $170bn more is going to immigration enforcement, of which $45bn is for ICE detention centers under Trump’s BBB. Existing centers already hold 56000. They provide lucrative rewards to companies like Palantir, Geo Group and the contractors behind Alligator Alcatraz, whose dollars helped shoe the Donald into power.
Meantime little hopeful progress on Gaza where Hamas still insists on a ceasefire settlement that actually ends the genocide, gets the IDF out of Gaza, and allows no role for Israel in the control of humanitarian aid, dumping the murderous GHF - all things, except the GHF thing, the US and Israel signed on to back in January in an agreement that Israel violated many times and backed out of.
Even as the charade plays out, things get worse and worse in the West Bank with gangs of settlers, IDF looking on, hurting, killing, taking and destroying with impunity, [that probably] will mark an enormously enlarged Zionist Genocide Phase 2.
[Meanwhile], the great and glorious icon of American pride and dignity, President Trump, nominee for a Nobel, no less, chooses this moment to SANCTION the office and the person of UN Special Rapporteur, Francesca Albanese, who is responsible on behalf of the world, for monitoring Trump’s and Netanyahu’s war crimes. And while he was at it, he imposed 50% tariffs on all imports from Brazil! Why? Because the Mafia Boss wants Brazil’s Lula to buckle under and remove charges of insurrection against former Brazilian President Bolsonaro - his crimes similar to Trump’s seditious behavior in January 2021. And also because he hates the BRICS, and contemplates 100% tariffs on all BRICS members and their supporters.
Good day to you from CCUSA (Concentration Camp USA).
Suicidal Urges of Concentration Camp Commandants
So the chief perpetrator of the genocide of Palestine, Netanyahu, is nominating the chief enabler of the genocide, Trump, for a Nobel Peace Prize. I felt only somewhat less disgusted when that honor was bestowed upon President Obama ahead of his forever wars in Afghanistan and Syria. But evidently that’s the kind of thing that concentration camp commandants get up to when they get a spare minute from shooting defenseless and starving Palestinians.
Perhaps Trump will become the Prince of Peace when US weapons stockpiles fall so low that short of nukes and the end of the world the US can no longer pursue its idiotic Invincible Empire agenda.
It seems the real reason why Trump paused the flow of weapons to Ukraine is because US stockpiles of Patriot interceptors is at around 25% of Pentagon needs. In practically all categories of weaponry, perhaps most notably in 155mm shells and tanks, US levels of production are now far exceeded by Russian, and even factoring in European levels doesn’t brighten the picture that much. And then there is China, now far outpacing the US in the production of naval ships.
On Sonar21 Larry Johnson chronicles the US decline in production levels of Patriots, Abrams, THAADs, HIMARS, Bradleys, Stingers, 155mm shells and artillery, Howitzers etc.
The US may remain supreme in some categories such as in fighter jets but even that is becoming moot. In drones Russia currently produces 500 Gerans a day and the figure may be around 1000 in a year’s time, far ahead of is opponents, and that is just one factory in Kazan. We have recently seen a massive increase in volume and frequency of Russian drone and missile attacks on Ukraine extending yesterday to airfields and other targets in the far west. Ukraine’s claims to have shot most of these down are sheer fantasy. President Trump, a couple of days after pausing the flow of weapons (a decision he attributes with zero credibility to defense secretary Hegseth) now says he is considering sending some, we’ll specifically ONE Patriot battery, MAYBE. This is pathetic of course. There are precious few, if any, to sell to Germany’s chancellor Merz who has offered to buy some to send to Ukraine, because Germany has already gifted most of its Patriots to Ukraine and barely has any for its own needs - which is possibly why former Chancellor Scholz green-lighted submission to US pressure on Germany to host intermediate nuclear ballistic missile launchers from next year, presumably in the hope that Germans would be nuked ahead of Americans. This complies with the new neocon US rule of war which is never to sacrifice an American when there are a hundred proxies available to jump to a suicide order first.
The US doesn’t need war to weaken it. It can always rely on Trump tariff policies to do the same thing faster. On “Liberation 2” day (yes, there’s the ghoulish language of the concentration camp commandant one more time), there are no trade deals, just 3 “framework” deals with China, India and Vietnam. All other countries are just going to watch their own economies and the US economy slip beneath the sea level.
To make sure the US sinks, Trump is considering 100% tariffs on such things as ship-to-shore cranes (a market of which 80% is controlled by a Chinese giant) and 50% on copper (fundamental to new tech industries) and 20% on pharmaceuticals (in the hope that Americans will die quicker if the relaxation on almost all climate change pollutants doesn’t get them first?).
The tariff insanity will drive countries away from trading with the US, help the development of the BRICS and G20, isolate the US politically, sharpen protectionism, instigate conflict, accelerate abandonment of the dollar and the dumping of worthless Treasuries that the US uses to fund is unsustainable debt and promote China’s New Development Bank and sister Asian institutions to global financial supremacy.
