DIMITRI LASCARIS—On the 13th day of the West’s war of aggression on Iran, Dimitri Lascaris examines growing evidence that Israel’s air defences have collapsed. He also discusses worsening turmoil in global oil markets and the Iranian navy’s latest attacks on tankers belonging to U.S. interests. By all indications, the Trump-Netanyahu war of aggression war will be a debacle of epic proportions, but there’s no sign yet that the aggressors will make the concessions that are necessary to end the war. That means that more escalation is coming – and that more and more Westerners will flee the region.

Nima chats with Laith Marouf • Scott Ritterby Laith MaroufApprox. 1 hr 35 mins • Watch / readDW—The video features an in-depth discussion with Scott Ritter, a former Pentagon analyst and intelligence officer, about the ongoing 12-day war between the United States and Israel on one side, and Iran on the other. The conversation centers on the tragic and controversial events of the war’s first day, specifically a devastating Tomahawk missile strike on a primary school in Iran that killed over 180 children. JM—Western analysts as of March 2026 like to classify Iranian missiles as MRVs rather than MIRVs (independently guided to different areas) mostly because they like to sneer at Iranian technological advances —but Iran claims “multiple warhead” capabilities, meaning independent targeting within an area or adjacent areas. In practice, it all depends on the target environment.
In fact, Iran’s tactical technology ahead of the US, which has both MRVs and MIRVs but only for nuclear weapons, and has yet to develop operational hypersonic missiles like the Iranian ones. Simply put, its missiles are a generation behind.

“Iran Is Fighting Imperialism” – Joti Brar on US-Israel War & Why the Left Is Divided
AND Michael Hudson: Why the US has a unique place in the history of imperialism?by Joti BrarApprox 120 Mins • Watch / readIGL—We spoke with Joti Brar, leader of the Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) Great Britain, about the escalating US-Israel attack on Iran and the wider geopolitical consequences. In this interview, Joti Brar argues that Iran is responding to an imperialist war and that its struggle represents a broader anti-imperialist resistance in the Middle East. She also discusses why Western media narratives treat conflicts differently — condemning Russia in Ukraine while often justifying US military intervention. We also discuss the political mood in Europe and the UK, the declining public support for new wars compared to earlier US interventions in Iraq and Afghanistan, and why sections of the international left struggle to support the Islamic Republic of Iran despite its role in resisting Western imperialism.
