GARLAND NIXON—The video features a detailed and critical discussion between Garland Nixon and Joti Brar about the state of democracy in Europe and globally, the facade of democratic processes under capitalist rule, and the broader systemic crises facing the world today. They argue that what is portrayed as democracy in capitalist societies—especially in Europe and the West—is essentially a sham designed to maintain the power and privileges of a tiny elite ruling class. This elite manipulates political systems, media, and popular narratives to suppress genuine democratic participation by the working class. The conversation touches on historical perspectives from Marxist theory, highlighting that democracy is always a class-based concept serving the interests of the dominant class—whether slave owners in ancient Greece or capitalists today.

NICK CRUSE’s Dispatches—Zohran Mamdani SELLS OUT Liberation Movements | Social Democrats SUPPORT US Imperialism
NOBEL "PEACE" PRIZE A DISINFORMATION TOOL AT THE SERVICE OF NATO AND THE EMPIRE.8 minutes readNICK CRUSE—The video’s core argument revolves around the inadequacy of current U.S. leftist leadership, particularly social democrats, in confronting imperialism and capitalism effectively. Zhoran Mamdani’s campaign and statements serve as a case study for this critique, illustrating how social democrats often adopt imperialist talking points, sanitize settler colonial violence, and condemn resistance movements, thereby aligning themselves with ruling class interests. Nick Cruse dissects Mamani’s statements on the Palestinian resistance following the October 7 attacks and highlights how these statements reinforce Zionist narratives by centering Israeli suffering and ignoring the decades-long occupation and systemic violence Palestinians face.
Nick Cruse contrasts this with Kshama Sawant’s unapologetic anti-imperialist stance, which calls for an end to funding Israel, the occupation, and apartheid, while supporting Palestinian resistance and broader working-class struggles globally. This comparison reveals a sharp ideological divide within the U.S. left, between those who seek to reform capitalism from within and those who aim to dismantle it entirely.

Defending Venezuela from U.S. Imperialism
Don’t Help Demonize Maduroby Gary OlsonApprox. 1:34:57 Mins • Watch / readGARY OLSON—Here we might recall that on September 4, 1970, the Chilean Left held an enormous rally of some 800,000 workers and peasants who marched before President Salvador Allende, who was standing on the balcony of the Moneda Presidential Palace in Santiago. They chanted, “Build People’s Power! Allende, Allende! The People Will Defend You!” And perhaps more importantly, they pleaded, “We Want Guns! We Want Guns!” For clearly debatable reasons, Allende refused to arm the workers and peasants, and on September 11, a military junta led by General Augusto Pinochet overthrew the socialist government. Allende was too late in finding out that there is no “peaceful road to socialism” when faced with the implacable force of U.S. imperialism that refuses to allow the “threat of a good example.” Maduro learned from the Chilean case and has distributed AK-47s to millions of citizens who are eager to defend the country’s sovereignty.

How Billionaires Control All Capitalist Countries
Not surprising that Libertarianism is their ideal.by eric zuesseApprox. 15 mins • Watch / readERIC ZUESSE—Billionaires (and the ultra rich everywhere) believe themselves to be one of the word’s BEST people; they believe that a person’s wealth MEASURES how much that person is contributing to the world. This means that they are better than other people because they are wealthier than other people. So, it is ‘right’ that they hire and fire billions of people — they are ‘superior’ to other people, as they tend to view things.
This means that they don’t believe in each person having the same rights as everyone else does; they believe that it’s good that in a capitalist economy a person’s rights depend upon that individual’s wealth — the more wealth that a person has, the more rights that person has ‘earned’. Rights are to be earned — NOT otherwise. And, so, it is good, not bad, that WE — the ‘best’ people — control the Government for ALL people.
