When it comes to US liberals, Jimmy Dore is the best of the lot—by far—says The Finnish Bolshevik, and we agree. Although Jimmy is still traveling left and is not yet what we might call a "formulated Marxist", his intelligence, personal integrity and decency propel him to seek and find real solutions to the world's problems. We only hope that Jimmy will avoid the pitfalls of social democracy, the somewhat misleading influence of people he may at this point admire, and finally escape completely from the clutches of liberalism. Here's The Finnish Bolshevik's enlightening evaluation. Using Jimmy's example as a pivot, he does a concise but eloquent dissection of the lure and disappointments inherent in the liberals' position.
