As the editor of this publication has noted, the fascist assault, the greatest and most brutal invasion anywhere in history, cost the Russians the equivalent of losing the populations of New York, California and Texas, combined. Then we are all weak, because we feel exactly the same. Liberals following the Russiagate circus, as the legions of Obamabots, are certifiable idiots. No, make that fucking idiots. And the headline is by the editor, not Ms Gee, so any blame accrues to him, not Diane. Let’s focus on what she is saying and less on the style. Passion in political situations is inherent and justified, and sometimes perfectly justified, as (we think) in this case.

Sorry, but I can’t resist. I think Ms. Gee hit the nail right on the fucking head for a good many of us. We’re just a little freaking bit tired of MSM’s non-stop willful idiocy on any number of issues of global importance being paraded before us as “fact”- and then being told that if we dare question such MSM “facts” we’re all “Putin-puppets,” “Russian-bots,” “Kremlin-apologists,” or “anti-Semites”(should we question Israeli’s utter barbarity), or whatever else the brain-dead forces of Western empire can come up with that day to shut down discourse regarding events in the actual physical world versus their addled little propaganda brains. This is an issue of life and death for peoples around the globe in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, and wherever U.S. and Western military and economic power run roughshod over everything and everyone in it’s way – in other words pretty much the entire freaking planet.
I for one think its high time to call “idiocy” what it is – fucking idiocy pure and simple! It was a post on a private FB page to start with, not originally intended for “public” discourse. Patrice asked, and I granted permission, even laughing that there was too many fucks in there, and someone would likely be offended. I am amused to be correct on that silly point.
Of course, I am able to, and quite often do, post equally intelligent opinions without inventive invective. On the other hand, including such invective reflects the passion that drives me, and there are times when no other words embrace the rage we should all have against the manipulation the public is enduring right now.

As I told my son, when he was young, there are no “dirty” words, but like using a sharp knife, or driving a car, you have to be old enough to have the skillset to use them, and be able to discern where they are to be utilized. I would say that the PTB going from the historical (and failed) right wing/Republican slant to revitalize aggression against Russia to using the historically left-ish Democratic demographic is a perfect time and place to use the work FUCK liberally.

Russians don’t swear? Now that is hilarious. I spent every summer at Lake Dibrova (a Ukrainian camp) with Polish, Ukrainian and Russian speaking people, and I learned all the swear words first, because they would switch to their native tongues to not swear in English in front of the kids. Slavic people are brilliant cussers.
Their top officials don’t swear. That was the Russian person’s point. People often criticize Putin for keeping cool and not doing things like going into Donbass in force and declare it part of Russia, for example. When I watch him dealing with his Western opponents, I am amazed that he doesn’t just take out an AK47 and blast the creeps.
In my US 1950’s childhood, swearing was much less accepted. We would never see four letter words in ordinary discourse in articles. It appears to me that restraint and dignity are sidelined and anger and raw expression are now normalized. Things changed in the 1960’s period of rebellion and now I see far more use of 4 letter words. Anger is now the norm. Exemplified in its extreme form by mass shootings.
Not meaning to criticize, since I also get angry and swear at people. But my Chinese friends tell me that showing anger is considered not acceptable.
Putin is a master at not being provoked! I was born in 63… but my father would be 100 were he alive. He was a child of WW2, had to learn English and school at the same time, enrolling only understanding Polish, Russian and Ukrainian. I guess it may be regional. Detroit people do swear.

I think the hysteria of the elite-deepstate controlled corporate media after Trump’s win, their total ongoing meltdown still in process after over a year and a half to the point where they really have no credibility left at all, puts considerable question to the notion they arranged his win. As do the exposure of deep corruption at the FBI and DOJ he and the Republicans are trying to clean up – stage 1 of ‘draining the swamp’. It’s a complicated story unfolding here, a long game which can only be properly assessed when all the cards get exposed, but try to remember – when you dismiss and disparage Trump, you are fighting *with* the deep state and their corporate media to get rid of someone they very obviously hate – it’s a strange twist on the old saying, to believe ‘the enemy of my enemy is my enemy’ – I don’t see that going anywhere good.
I’m not entirely sure the deep state is at war with him. Sure the MSM makes fun of him, and keeps us distracted by his antics, but look at the bipartisan legislation being passed in the background while they put on the show!

well, I disagree, but time will tell – they (Trump and repub committees) are pretty fiercely going after the Clintons right now looking to expose some major crimes which really could, I think, do a lot of swamp draining (as phase I of a bigger longer term project), and several of the major ‘justice’ officials of the Obama years, and these people are deeply integrated with the deep state – the thing is, obviously if Clinton had won the election, as everyone was sure she would, none of these investigations would be going on, as obviously neither the Dems nor the deep state media want such things in the public eye. Orwell sorted this out long ago – if you can control what a person says, you are very close to controlling what they think. The ‘polite language’ commandment of the rulers is very involved with self-censorship. Most people involved in serious commentary here in the freedom of the internet have adequate vocabularies and don’t say ‘fuck’ all that much because they don’t need to or it’s not appropriate, but it’s an ok word when you want to use it to express strong emotion. If people get turned off by it, then they should talk to the person they see in the mirror about why the ideas behind the words aren’t of more importance to them.
