Max Parry sums up the opinion of the panel (shared by our editor) that those who refused to support Harris in the recent sham election were proved to be more correct morally and strategically than the “Blue liberal tide”, since it’s now clear that, whatever flaws and reservations we may have about Trump, the announced ceasefire would not have happened under the Biden-Harris regime.

BEN NORTON—The US stock market is in “the mother of all bubbles”, with the market capitalization of publicly traded companies at 206% of GDP. This is higher than the dot-com bubble of 2000 and even the peak of the crash of 1929. Meanwhile, just 25 companies make up over half of the weight of the S&P 500, and the Magnificent 7 Big Tech monopolies are 35% of the market cap of the index. However, the US economy was built upon this financial house of cards, and politicians are profiting from it. Ben Norton explains the dangers.

But he bullies on behalf of some of the most destructive elements of US foreign policy. To make it even more horrifying, he’s a closet follower of a nefarious and suicidal Neocon world view. Trump is just an offbeat, militant imperialist, a dyed-in-the-wool corporatist, an elitist, an anti-democratic authoritarian, and a self-aggrandizing narcissist. Hardly the makings of a strong, independent, creative leader. More the makings of a man who will lead our country and perhaps the world to unprecedented catastrophe and WWIII.

EDITOR—While Joe Biden’s pardon of his son Hunter has garnered a great deal of media attention and discussion of whether the move was justified considering Hunter’s crimes, comparatively little focus has been directed at how the pardon helps Joe himself, who is widely believed to have been a party to plenty of illegality himself, particularly regarding financial crimes. Jimmy and Americans’ Comedian Kurt Metzger discuss all the allegations of wrongdoing swirling around Joe and the rest of the Biden family, and how the pardon may help the President evade accountability.
