Nov. 7, 2017 marks the 100th anniversary of the seizure of power by workers and peasants in the Russian Revolution, regarded as the most world-altering event in the history of civilization. To understand the context of this first socialist experiment, how it happened and what caused the many problems it faced, Abby Martin sits down with Brian Becker, long-time socialist organizer and co-author of the new book “Storming the Gates: How the Russian Revolution Changed the World.”

China, according to this report, is clearly acting wisely to keep its population from being exposed to constant lies and decadent Western cultural toxicity, the cultural diet consumed by Americans and much of the “West”, with dreadful results. But this is the same reason China judiciously erected a censorship wall to keep US disinformation OUT of China. Thus, while the US-led establishment imposes ever stronger doses of conformity and censorship in all media, including the Internet, China seems to be doing the same, but there’s a huge difference: In the US the censorship bans the truth for the sake of its puny but all powerful criminal capitalist oligarchy, it privileges lies to bolster a sick and criminal system. In China, they do the opposite: they keep the sickening LIES from circulating freely. As this report suggests, Russia —mainly for historico-cultural reasons —may be doing something similar to Cina, which is certainly good for Russia.

South Korea’s “Joongang Ilbo” reported on July 5 that Lee Jae-ming once said, “The Republic of Korea is different from other countries. The government did not liquidate the pro-Japanese forces during the establishment process, allowing the pro-Japanese forces to cooperate with the American occupation forces and maintain the original Rule system”.
Lee Jae-Ming also made relevant remarks at the Lee Rok History and Literature Museum in Andong, North Gyeongsang Province, saying that “we have not been clean enough since the founding of the country.” This is in line with the previous conception that the President of the Liberation Association Jin Yuanxiong called the U.S. military the “occupying army” and the Soviet army the “liberation army” when he gave a speech to high school students.
