PATRICE GREANVILLE—Few armies have deserved the fruits of their victory better than the Red Army. Those who do not understand why this is so need to comprehend the stunning immensity of the horrors visited on the Soviet Union by the conquering German armies. Wholesale and retail death by bombs, bullets, bayonets, hanging, burning alive, freezing and starvation, not to mention torture, are just some of the methods employed. Use your imagination, and reality will exceed it: every kind of atrocity was indeed used by the Nazi legions to break the spirit of the first workers’ state, and they failed. Berlin was a hard battle. Soviet forces sustained 81,116 dead for the entire operation, and another 280,251 were reported wounded or sick during the operational period. The victory was indeed sweet when the Great Patriotic War finally came to a close.

Should Ivermectin be made freely available everywhere as probably the best drug against Covid viruses?
19 minutes readDr John Campbell, a noted British pharmacologist and lecturer in clinical and nursing practices, explains the reasons why Ivermectin may be the ideal drug to manage Covid infections. Campbel compares Ivermectin—a well-established and safe drug, with new entrants produced by Pfizer and other Big Pharma entities, all of which will cost substantially more than Ivermectin, which is, after all, a generic due to its widespread application in many poor countries to control a variety of diseases from viral to parasitic infections.

Les contamos desde Santiago.

President John F. Kennedy: His Life and Public Assassination
82 minutes readEDWARD J CURTIN—Despite a treasure trove of new research and information having emerged over the last fifty-seven years, there are many people who still think who killed President John Fitzgerald Kennedy and why are unanswerable questions. They have drunk what Dr. Martin Schotz has called “the waters of uncertainty” that results “in a state of confusion in which anything can be believed but nothing can be known, nothing of significance that is.”
Then there are others who cling to the Lee Harvey Oswald “lone-nut” explanation proffered by the Warren Commission.

Women’s Tennis Association and the West will make a mess of Peng Shuai’s disappearance – as usual.
17 minutes readJEFF J. BROWN—For Westerners and the #MeToo movement, what Peng did was absolutely normal. Take it public, shout it out to the world. Create a media storm to garner attention.
Nevertheless, that is not how it is done in Chinese culture, going back thousands of years. If you want a really good explanation, read The China Trilogy (see below), where during my many years in-country, on a number of occasions I was the accuser and the accused, so I’m speaking from feet-on-the-ground experience.
In China’s Confucian-Daoist-Buddhist society, keeping face and maintaining social stability and economic prosperity for the people takes precedence over individual needs and demands.
